• We may destroy the user's personal information immediately when the purpose of the collection and use of your information is achieved. However, in case to comply with the relevant laws and regulations in different jurisdictions, your information may be stored for a period of time based on the local law.

Any and all changes to this Privacy Policy will be reflected here and the date new versions are posted will be stated at the top of this Privacy Policy. Any updates and revisions will take effect immediately upon publish on our Moible App. If you do not agree with the updated Privacy Policy, please do not use or access our Mobile App.

10. Copyrights & Credits

• Majority of the content has been designed inhouse by our creative team. We have all the copyrights to the content on CreateCustomWishes.com, except some scripts & generators which it has purchased/licensed from external sources.
• The title, text messages in the content has been written by our team.
• No part, text, designs, animations, or any other content from this website is strictly prohibited to be copied, produced, translated, extracted anywhere in any media.
• Some images used in CreateCustomWishes.com/App are from FreePik.
• Some of the images, graphics, layouts, backgrounds, generators etc. have been purchased/licensed from other designers and sellers at forums or have been submitted by users. If you think we are in copyright violation of any image, please let us know via email [email protected] and we will remove the same immediately. We take care to see that we do not violate copyrights and give due credit to anyone where required. It will take 1-2 business day(s) to remove your images or data.
• The quotes/messages used in the Website have been collected from various quotes collections and websites available on the Internet. If you think any quote must not be used, please contact us and let us know about it. We will remove the same.
